Printing United ‘25

We started planning for the Printing United 2025 tradeshow around the march preceding the show. Out of all the shows I was involved in, I am most proud of the signage, collateral and other media that came out of the show. Unfortunately we were not able to attend due to the unexpected closure of the company.

SketchUp Layout

One of the first things we do is create a layout for the show. Below are the photos of the final layout with the updated signage. I used SketchUp to create the 3D environment so the marketing team has a visual of what we can and cannot fit in the booth. This layout has had many revisions that begin in March and continue all the way up until a few weeks before the show.

Signage

Signage is one of the most important parts of the tradeshow. Our branding and colors are what we use to draw attentions to our booth. Without recognizable branding and eye catching graphics, you may see a lot less visitors at the booth. We were very excited to be incorporating our accent color, yellow, to this years signage as well. Past shows felt as if the booth were drowning in blue.

Collateral

There is a lot to pack-up for a show. One of the other important items are the collateral. This includes the product sheets, and any other print-out material used throughout the show. Below are covers that were to be used as samples for our Perfect Binder machines as well as some of the product sheets that I created and revised.
